Last Christmas (as in 2011) I drew my brother Quincy in our sibling gift drawing. One of the things he wanted was pajama pants. Being ambitious I decided that on top of the other gift I got him, I would make him a new pair of pajama pants.
I started them and worked faithfully on them until I ran into lots of problems with the fly. Holy cow it was hard. Mom thankfully saved me, but by the time we got that part figured out it was after Christmas.
Since I was busy and I was going to go up to Alaska that summer, I decided I'd finish them then.
The months past and I didn't work on them.
When I flew to Alaska I was still pantless. No! Pajama pantless! You knew what I meant....
I came home and still didn't finish them.
Another Christmas rolled around and I drew someone else for Christmas. Quincy and Jen were coming to Utah right after Christmas so I decided to try to finish them before they got here.
I got sick and they didn't get done before they came.
Finally, the day before they were about to leave I gathered the pieces and the pattern instructions from our "unfinished projects" pile (which is way to big, btw) and spent the 2 hrs finishing up the pants. Only 2 hrs! Quince came over and tried them on, I adjusted them, and finished them off in time to give them to him that night.
Procrastinator anyone? Nah, not at all...
Anyways, here is the finished product :)
I hope you like 'em Quince!
